The term "rotating proxy" means the general proxy with a rotating feature, which allows changing outgoing proxy IP address with a particular interval.

By default all the proxies are set to 5 minutes forced rotating interval. If you need to change the rotating period or you would like to get a proxy with a natural rotating interval - you can set any rotation period inside the proxy manager at client area.
