RP will immediately terminate any account which it believes, through its own discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. In addition, in cases where actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated so they are often difficult to quantify, you agree to pay RP liquidated damages of $100 for each spam email or unsolicited bulk e-mail transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account; otherwise you agree to pay RP actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated.
